Are you interested in documenting your experience but something is holding you back? Maybe you’d like more privacy for labor but want to preserve the precious moments with your brand new baby? Maybe you are on a tight budget?

Golden Hours Photos+Film
After waiting many long months and giving birth, you finally get to meet your baby and experience the magic of this new, little person; their tiny features, their soft hair, the smell and the feeling of their body.
It’s glorious.
Named the golden hours, this transition after birth is when you experience some of the most tender and authentic moments with your child and establish your lifelong connection. From the first touch to the first gaze, every detail is a marvel as you bond and fall in love.

If a full birth photography package isn’t the right choice for you, consider this option. With a more flexible on-call window and a shorter session time, I am able to offer this service for about half the price of my regular birth photography+film packages.
Investment
Golden Hours Package: $1250
$500 Booking Fee is the only up front cost. The balance is not due until 37 weeks.

How Does This Work?
We will be in touch throughout your pregnancy. You keep me updated me as you feel possible changes and labor becomes active and established. When the birth is near, (or if it happens quickly), notify me and I’ll be on my way asap. I plan to arrive within an hour of birth and I document your first few hours together.

I’ll still be “on call” for you. However, it’s a more relaxed timeline that allows less stress for both me and you. It’s a win-win!
In my opinion, you should not allow just any photographer into your post-birth bubble. With my experience and sensitivity, I know the common routines, how to preserve the environment and conduct myself without disturbing you or your team. I also have the technical skills to document your story, day or night.
